All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time by sending an email to support@optionsbuzz.com  three days prior to the date your subscription renews.

Monthly renewals occur on the same date of the month of your original subscription.  If, for example you subscribed on the 25th, your subscription would renew on the 25th of the next month and you would need to unsubscribe by the 22nd of the next month.  If, for example, you purchased your subscription on January 31st, then your credit card will be billed again February 28th.  A request for a refund would need to be received by February 25th.

Subscribers that cancel and then resubscribe at a later date are NOT ENTITLED to the same subscription rate and will be billed at the then-current subscription price.

There are no refunds or pro-rated refunds.  But if you cancel, you will continue to receive access to your subscription through the end of your billing period.
